About the Role:  

We are seeking a talented Content Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end execution of content across web, social, video, PR, and media channels. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality content by managing third-party writers, social media partners, and video production teams. This is a hands-on and highly autonomous role, with ownership over content planning, vendor management, and cross-functional execution. The successful candidate will thrive in our entrepreneurial company culture where change is constant, growth is immense, and opportunities are abound. 

This is a full-time, hybrid position at our office located in Cerritos, CA reporting to the Marketing Ops Manager. 

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Managing Content Calendars + Production: 
    • Own and manage content calendars to ensure consistent publication across web, social, video, and PR. 
    • Prioritize and execute initiatives on business needs and resource availability. 
  • Vendor & Partner Management: 
    • Manage third-party vendors, social media partners, PR agencies, and video production teams. 
    • Provide outlines, edit, revise, and collaborate with third-party writers to produce necessary content. 
  • Social Media Execution: 
    • Oversee scheduling, posting, commenting, and leveraging social media strategies and initiatives. 
    • Drive execution for social awareness and engagement. 
  • Media Outreach & PR Management: 
    • Build relationships with media and reviewers, send demos, and secure reviews and media placements for InBody products. 
    • Collaborate with PR agencies to release press releases and generate publicity. 
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: 
    • Partner with Sales Team to identify content opportunities 
    • Translate and execute content initiatives into written and video content that support overall marketing and sales strategies. 
  • Video Production: 
    • Coordinate with third-party video teams and the creative team to produce video content series and manage distribution.  
  • Creating and Distributing Content: 
    • Develop and distribute engaging content across various platforms. 


Essential Qualifications:    

  • Able to commute to the Cerritos Office minimum three (3) times per week 
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 
  • 3-5 years of work experience in content marketing or a related field 
  • Proficient with MS Office and Google Suites 
  • Proven history of successful leadership in a high-paced team 
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, organized, proactive, highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple teams 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Market knowledge in the following areas: 
    • Health, wellness, and fitness sectors 
    • Education, motivation, and inspiration themes 
    • Sales: Understanding problems and creating attractive, effective content 


Bonus Qualifications:  

  • Enjoys shifting between individual contributor and management roles depending on the initiative or campaign 
  • Proven, quantifiable track record of positive effect on business growth 
  • Experience with content marketing tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics 
  • Excellent storyteller and able to communicate findings with clarity and precision, whether through writing or visualizations 
  • Ability to identify insights from executed content and translate them into clear recommendations to improve future content planning 
  • Passion for data—from defining metrics to communicating important insights

Pay Rate Range:  

  • $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
