About the Role:
We are looking for an Office Manager who will ensure a smooth and efficient operation of our office and warehouse facilities. You will be responsible for managing building maintenance, providing basic IT support to coordinate with our IT team, overseeing compliance with OSHA regulations, and providing leadership for general operational activities.

This is a full-time, onsite position at our office located in Cerritos, CA, reporting to the Workplace Operations Manager.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Office Building Maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the office building, including HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services such as cleaning, landscaping, and security.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure a safe and functional environment for employees.
- Employee Support
- Provide basic office supplies needs or office troubleshooting support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Act as the primary liaison with the external IT consultant to address complex IT needs and projects.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Own or co-manage operational forms and/or SOPs used across the company (e.g., DRFs, internal facility requests, supply forms).
- OSHA & Safety Compliance
- Monitor and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other workplace safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and provide training to employees on safety practices and emergency procedures.
- Maintain and update safety documentation and records.
- Office Management
- Maintain accurate records of all company licenses, permits, and certifications.
- Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure version control and data integrity.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, operations expense tracking, and building management relationships.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, general affairs, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting, and IT vendor management.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to travel to oversee external facilities.
- Valid US driver’s license.
- Able to lift up to 35 lb with no assistance.
Bonus Qualifications:
Certification in facilities management or workplace safety

Pay Rate Range:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
