About the Role:  

We are looking for an Account Manager for a strategic community-focused client is responsible for managing our partnership with a major nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and community youth development. This role ensures the effective delivery of services, maintains strong relationships, and seeks opportunities to further grow the partnership. The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison, focusing on relationship management, performance tracking, and ensuring that the client's mission and operational goals are supported by our solutions. 

The ideal candidate has a hunger for building customer relationships and aligning customer priorities with InBody’s values with experience working with the end users and purchasing departments within the non-profit, community. We’re looking for an optimistic self-starter with experience as a highly motivated and results-driven account manager.  It is crucial that the candidate thrives in our entrepreneurial company culture where change is constant, growth is immense, and opportunities abound. 

This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Sales. 
 

Essential Responsibilities:   

  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell InBody’s professional line of Body Composition Analyzers - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers to meet and exceed sales quota. 

  • Account Oversight – Manage all aspects of the client account, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services and support that align with client’s mission to promote health, youth development, and social responsibility. 

  • Growth Opportunity Identification - Collaborate with the client to explore new ways to enhance the partnership, including expanding services and identifying opportunities that align with the organization’s goals for community engagement and wellness. 

  • Develop and foster relationships - Act as the primary point of contact for this large nonprofit client, building a collaborative and trust-based partnership with key stakeholders. 

  • Problem solving & issue resolution - Identify and resolve challenges proactively, working with internal teams and escalating issues as necessary to ensure smooth operations for the client. 

  • Reporting & analytics - Prepare and present regular reports, summarizing account performance, service improvements, and potential areas for growth in alignment with the client’s mission and values. 

  • Contract and Renewal Management - Manage the lifecycle of the client’s contract, ensuring timely renewals and exploring opportunities for improved services or expanded engagement within the account. 

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree or four (4+) years of relevant work experience  

  • One or more (1+) years of sales or account management experience, ideally managing large nonprofit or community-focused accounts 

  • Strong relationship building and communication skills 

  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and commitment to supporting community initiatives 

  • Demonstrate a track record of identifying and closing new business using a consultative and collaborative approach  

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines   

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations  

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record    

  • Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows 

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications  

  • Type 40+ WPM  

  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (50+/day)    

  • Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho) 

  • Reside in or open to relocating to CA, AZ, FL, IL, MN, NC, SC, OH, OR, TX, WI 

  

Bonus Qualifications: 

  • Experience working with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations focused on community health, youth programs, and/or social services. 

  • Familiarity with large, decentralized organizational structures and operations.

Pay Range:  

$24.00 – $30.25 per hour + uncapped commission
