About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to collaborate closely with the Product Manager in ensuring the successful launch, localization, and optimization of products. The role involves managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating cross-functional activities to maximize the product’s potential, and supporting Sales with expert product knowledge to achieve optimal results. The Product Coordinator will also assist with market and competitor research and contribute to the creation of product documentation and reports. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where change is constant and opportunities for advancement are abundant.
This is a full-time, hybrid position at our office located in Cerritos, CA reporting to the Head of Product.
Essential Responsibilities:
Product Launch Preparation
Oversee and manage the launch of both professional and consumer products from start to finish.
Assist the Product Manager in tracking product launch timelines and ensuring timely progress.
Prepare, update, and manage product documentation, including specifications, roadmaps, and user guides.
Facilitate meetings, product reviews, and presentations for key stakeholders.
Product Lifecycle and Portfolio Management
Monitor product performance and collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Manage product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on impact and feasibility.
Assist with post-launch activities, including performance analysis and iteration planning.
Market Research
Localize products to meet U.S. market needs, ensuring continuous iteration to maintain customer satisfaction and competitiveness. This includes tracking development progress, accreditations, and marketing materials.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights for product strategy and improvements.
Ad-hoc Support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, quality control, software) to align business and product strategies with customer and market needs.
Assist in conducting training sessions for internal teams and customers to ensure proper product knowledge and usage.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of working in a corporate environment with experience in product/project coordination task/role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
Analytical mindset with strong decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Basic understanding of product lifecycle management.
Familiarity with product documentation and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience working within a cross-functional team to support product development and launch processes
Korean language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) is a plus.
Experience working in a medical device and/or consumer device industry.

Pay Rate Range:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
