About the Role: 

InBody is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven inside sales representative to join our team. The Territory Manager (inside sales) will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to meet or exceed set quotas and goal objectives focused on the Medical/Academic or Health/Wellness industries.  In addition, this individual will be essential in building customer relationships and aligning customer priorities with InBody's values. It is crucial that the candidate thrives in our entrepreneurial company culture where change is constant, growth is immense, and opportunities abound. 

This is a full-time, hybrid position reporting to the National Sales Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:  

  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell InBody’s professional line of Body Composition Analyzers - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers to meet and exceed sales quota.

  • Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with existing and prospective clients to close sales and promote customer retention.  

  • Execute sales strategies – Adhere to current and any updated strategies, KPI’s and policies.  

  • Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team sales quota and goals for new customer acquisition. 

  • Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.

  • Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and InBody’s overall market opportunity. 


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • 1+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (50+/day)  
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho) 
  • Demonstrate a track record of identifying and closing new business using a consultative and collaborative approach
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines 
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record  
  • Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows  
  • Proficiency with Office365 and type 40+ WPM 
  • Able to commute to the office located in Cerritos, CA

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting and exceeding quota in fitness, nutrition, medical device, pharmaceutical, and/or related field

Annual Salary Range:
$55,000 - $70,000 base + uncapped commission
