About the Role:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to seek out and engage prospective customers within the health, wellness, and fitness industries. You will be responsible for building customer relationships and aligning customer priorities with InBody’s values. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our key accounts while driving new business growth.

This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Director of Sales.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain and Grow Accounts: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account growth to meet or exceed quotas.
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Seek new revenue streams within existing accounts and potential clients through cross-selling, upselling, and market prospecting.
- Contract Negotiations: Lead the lifecycle of the client’s contract, ensuring timely renewals and exploring opportunities for improved services or expanded engagement within the account.
- Nationwide Rollouts: Oversee the planning and execution of product/service rollouts across dedicated industry, ensuring consistent delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and InBody’s overall market opportunity to inform strategies and stay competitive.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular performance reports and accurate sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with the clients’ and InBody’s mission and values.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or four (4+) years of relevant work experience
- Minimum three or more (3+) years of managing national corporate and/or franchise accounts
- Proven track record of identifying and closing new businesses using a consultative and collaborative approach
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
- Type 40+ WPM
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (50+/day)
- Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Reside in or open to relocating to CA, AZ, FL, IL, MN, NC, SC, OH, OR, TX, WI
Bonus Qualifications:
Sales experience with a proven record of meeting and exceeding quota in the Health, Wellness, and/or Fitness industries

Pay Rate Range:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
