About the Role:
We are looking for an E-Commerce Sales Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of our e-commerce operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all e-commerce sales are processed accurately and efficiently in compliance to company policies.

This is a full-time, hybrid position at our office located in Cerritos, CA reporting to the E-Commerce Manager.
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage the daily processing, validation, and posting of high-volume marketplace invoices in ERP, Dynamics 365 (D365)
Lead and execute the department’s weekly invoicing close process to ensure all marketplace and storefront invoices are completed accurately
Conduct routine audits of Amazon shipments and inventory movements
File, track, and manage reimbursement claims through marketplace portals to recover lost revenue and maximize profitability
Coordinate and audit product disbursements related to promotional samples, marketing partnerships, and gifting initiatives
Maintain marketplace backend configurations, including tax settings, business licensing requirements, and product variant accuracy across third-party platforms
Analyze marketplace data, including conversion rates, fee fluctuations, and competitor pricing, to identify trends and support strategic decision-making
Track inventory levels and manage procurement for packaging materials, shipping supplies, product accessories, and office fulfillment items
Serve as the primary E-Commerce representative for internal requests, including employee purchases and consumer product inquiries
Process vendor payment requests and maintain detailed tracking of marketing expenditures against approved budgets
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, sales operations, accounting support, business operations, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with the ability to organize, analyze, and reconcile data
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable working with ERP systems (D365 preferred) and high-volume transactional data
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Qualifications:
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or other e-commerce marketplace platforms
Knowledge of marketplace reimbursement processes and compliance requirements
Experience coordinating with Accounting, Marketing, or Operations teams
Advanced Excel skills
Familiarity with budgeting or vendor payment tracking

Pay Rate Range:
$21.00 - $27.00 per hour
